Lee Soo Chye

Managing Director

Soo Chye was called to the Singapore Bar in 1990.

He serves both corporate (ranging from start-ups, small medium enterprises, listed companies and financial institutions to various statutory brands) and individual clients.

Arthur Yap

Director

Arthur was called to the Singapore Bar in 2007.

His approach to dispute resolution is guided strongly by the mantra - the most cost-efficient strategy to resolve a dispute without compromising on quality and his client's position. Simply put, resorting to litigation or arbitration (as the case may be) should be the recourse of last resort.

Linda Hoon

Director

Linda was called to the Singapore Bar in 1987.

After she was called, for over more than 3 decades, she has served as Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel, Chief of Compliance, Head of Risk Management and Company Secretary for various listed companies.

Valerie Cheah

Director

Valerie was called to the Singapore Bar in 1992.

She is also qualified in England & Wales and Malaysia and has practised with some of the most established law firms in Singapore and Malaysia.

Daiki Poh Ming Jiang

Associate Director

Daiki was called to the Singapore Bar in 2020. He was also admitted to the Roll of Solicitors of England and Wales in 2022.

His areas of practice cover corporate, wealth management and financial services laws.

Hweelee Goutama

Consultant

Hweelee advises and acts for clients both in contentious and non-contentious matters.

In contentious matters, she has represented clients in a range of commercial disputes and matrimonial matters

Eugene Tan

Associate

Eugene was called to the Singapore Bar in 2022.

He has experience advising on a range of matters including mergers and acquisitions and general corporate advisory work.

Sheam ZengLin

Senior Legal Manager

Zenglin obtained an external LLB from University of London in 2010.

She is currently pursuing a Juris Doctor for law in the Singapore University of Social Sciences towards her goal to seek qualification as an advocate and solicitor in Singapore.
