Lee Soo Chye

Managing Director

Soo Chye was called to the Singapore Bar in 1990.

He serves both corporate (ranging from start-ups, small medium enterprises, listed companies and financial institutions to various statutory brands) and individual clients.

Mike Chiam

Director

Mike has championed technology firms and engage start-ups that require expert assistance and advice in relation to regulatory, fundraising activities and business expansion to emerging Asia Pacific markets viz. Indonesia, Vietnam, Australia and Hong Kong.

He is an experienced counsel to professional service firms, compliance providers and key executives of fund management companies and family offices.

Sheam Zenglin

Counsel

Director (Oaks Corporate Services)

Zenglin obtained an external LLB from University of London in 2010.

She is currently pursuing a Juris Doctor for law in the Singapore University of Social Sciences towards her goal to seek qualification as an advocate and solicitor in Singapore.

Hweelee Goutama

Consultant

Hweelee advises and acts for clients both in contentious and non-contentious matters.

In contentious matters, she has represented clients in a range of commercial disputes and matrimonial matters

Valerie Cheah

Consultant

Valerie was called to the Singapore Bar in 1992.

She is also qualified in England & Wales and Malaysia and has practised with some of the most established law firms in Singapore and Malaysia.
