Mindy Seow

Mindy was called to the Singapore Bar in 2019.


She has experience in advising on a broad range of matters including mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, and financial services regulations. She held previous stints as in-house counsel in the asset management industry, during which she advised on compliance and regulatory affairs. This brings a unique client perspective to her practice.
