Sheam Zenglin

Zenglin obtained an external LLB from University of London in 2010.

​

She is currently pursuing a Juris Doctor for law in the Singapore University of Social Sciences towards her goal to seek  qualification as an advocate and solicitor in Singapore.

​

Zenglin is also the company secretary for numerous private companies. She is proficient in English and Mandarin. 

​

She has been working with Soo Chye and assisted him since 2006 in various transactions including:

  • Joint venture agreements;

  • Merger and acquisitions;

  • Protection of assets of businesses, including intellectual properties like trademarks;

  • Data protection;

  • Debt and corporate restructuring;

  • Collective sales; 

  • Real estate acquisition of land by developers;

  • Real estate development;

  • Real estate master leases for commercial buildings;

  • Structuring of family arrangements.
