Linda Hoon
Linda was called to the Singapore Bar in 1987.
After she was called, for over more than 3 decades, she has served as Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel, Chief of Compliance, Head of Risk Management and Company Secretary for various listed companies, including SGX Main Board entities like the DBS Bank, SembCorp Industries, IHH Healthcare and SingPost.
In the different roles during these years, the transactions of her areas of specialization
include:

Corporate governance;

ESG & Sustainability reporting;

Complex litigation;

Group reorganization and restructuring (such as US Chapter 11 and 7); and

Tru-Marine Pte Ltd (Maritime sector) and chairs their ESG Committee;

Lifebrandz Limited (SGX).
Linda also strongly believes in contributing to non-profit causes and to the development of the younger generation. She currently serves on Securities Investors Association of Singapore (SIAS) and Kidney Dialysis Foundation.
Linda is highly proficient in English and Mandarin. She is also a mentor under the SG Leadership Network (part of the Human Capital Leadership Institute, an organization which seeks to guide aspiring young global leaders).
