Associate Director

We are currently seeking experienced Associate Directors to join our dedicated team. This position is ideal for attorneys with 5-7 years of post-qualification experience in any of the following areas: Corporate Law, Real Estate, Inheritance Law, or Crypto Law. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our team, providing high-quality legal advice and support to our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice in a range of services in Corporate and Civil Law.

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, maintaining strong and long-lasting relationships.

  • Lead and support complex legal projects and transactions.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts.

  • Mentor and guide junior lawyers and legal staff.

  • Stay updated with changes and developments in relevant legal fields.


  • LL.B. or equivalent law degree from a reputable institution.

  • Qualified to practice law with 5-7 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

  • Strong expertise in Corporate, Real Estate, Inheritance, or Civil Law.

  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Proven track record of managing clients and leading legal projects.

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) due to our diverse client base.

  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Intern / Legal Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated Intern/Legal Trainee, preferably with an LL.B, who is eager to learn and contribute to our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of law, work alongside experienced legal professionals, and develop their legal skills in a supportive and challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with research and analysis on various legal issues.

  • Draft and review legal documents under the supervision of senior attorneys.

  • Attend meetings and court proceedings to gain practical exposure.

  • Assist with the preparation of reports and case files.

  • Perform administrative tasks and other duties as required to support the legal team.


  • Current enrollment in an LL.B program or recent graduate preferred.

  • Strong academic record and passion for the legal profession.

  • Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset.
