Xenia (姚尹婷) is a Singapore-qualified corporate and commercial lawyer, admitted to the Singapore Bar in 2019. Her practice covers mergers and acquisitions, corporate advisory and restructuring, commercial
contracting, and early-stage fundraising instruments, with experience leading due diligence workstreams, drafting and negotiating corporate and commercial documentation, and managing completion processes
